Prior to joining Yaffa and Associates in February of 2011, Ms. Miller spent four years prosecuting complex child abuse and neglect proceedings for the City of New York as an Agency Attorney with the Administration for Children's Services. Ms. Miller is admitted to practice in both the states of New York and Florida.

Ms. Miller received her undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University and her law degree from New York Law School. During law school, Ms. Miller was selected to participate in many prestigious internships and clinics, including as a judicial intern with a Manhattan Matrimonial Court Judge and as a legal intern with the Office of District Attorney for Westchester County, New York and with the New York City Law Department, World Trade Center Tort Unit.

Ms. Miller is an active member of the South County Chapter of FAWL, the South County Bar Association, and the Palm Beach County Bar Association, as well as various local non-profit and community organizations.
