Admitted to The Florida Bar in 2006, Attorney Temi Nicole Zeitenberg received two undergraduate degrees from the University of Miami in Broadcasting and Political Science and her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University.
Ms. Zeitenberg has practiced law exclusively in South Florida in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.
Her career began with litigating cases for the Florida Department of Children and Families, Children’s Legal Services, prosecuting cases of abuse, abandonment, and neglect of children. Additionally, she worked with the Florida Department of Children and Families, Office of General Counsel, handling a variety of matters including prosecuting cases of elderly abuse and neglect, establishing guardianships, appellate research and writing, and handling public record requests.
Upon leaving her work with the Department, Ms. Zeitenberg has practiced exclusively in the areas of family and matrimonial law.
She is well versed in the area of children’s issues and serves as a court appointed guardian ad litem for children in divorce and custody proceedings.
